Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners, a full-service architecture and engineering design firm based in South Florida, is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Miami.
Position Overview :
Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy-efficient building systems .
Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and sustainable building systems.
- Prepare and review design and construction documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Provide support throughout construction administration.
- Ensure compliance with Miami-Dade County and South Florida building codes, permitting requirements, and climate-specific considerations .
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers.
