Position Description

The Host is responsible for initiating the guest’s experience in our restaurant throughout their visit. This is achieved by :

• Greeting patrons as they enter our establishment
• Walking guests to the table and presenting menus
• Treating guests in a manner to ensure complete satisfaction
• Managing wait list, reservation requests, and table statuses throughout service
• Maintaining seating pace to not overload FOH staff
• Cleaning, organizing, and stocking menus and supplies at host area
• Answering questions concerning the menu, restaurant, and offerings
• Interacting with guests as they leave the restaurant ensuring a positive dining experience
• Performing other duties as directed
