We are seeking a Senior Frontend Software Developer who is passionate about creating advanced web applications that revolutionize healthcare. If you have a strong background in frontend technologies and a penchant for building intuitive, high‑performance client applications, join our team at Heartflow to develop interactive web applications that directly impact patient care.

As a Senior Frontend Software Developer, you will play a key role in shaping our web‑based solutions, ensuring they meet and exceed healthcare professionals’ expectations. You will drive technical vision and architectural decisions, mentor other engineers, and contribute to the technical excellence of our team.

Experience / Interest working with Vue.js highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust customer‑facing interactive web applications, owning end‑to‑end development, testing, and maintenance.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with API teams, Product, QA, and UI / UX to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• Implement and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience; build for scalability, observability, and security.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations for medical software, including documentation, quality assurance processes, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.

Base salary compensation range is $160,000 to $215,000, bonus, and equity.
