Specific Job Duties and Tasks
- Manages and implements website updates
- Meets with HR monthly to discuss title changes and ensure people pages on the website are up-to-date and accurate
- Manages UI Profiles people directory
- Builds new webpages with input from marketing team and based on best practices
- Monitors SiteImprove platform to fix broken links, update meta tags and maintain website optimizations
- Research web best practices including accessibility requirements and provides ideas on how we can improve the functionality and usability of the website
- Adds content to the website – articles, pages, people pages – utilizing best practices
- Ensures brand standards are met across all digital platforms – email, web, signage
- Manages email communications (drafts, put into layout, approvals, send) Staff NewsletterWeekly student emailAlumni emails
- Creates digital signage for main alumni wall based on other communications and messages we want to share – awards, reunion, key alumni coming into the building, etc.
- Assists with social media copywriting, asset management, scheduling posts in coordination with student employees
- Tracks analytics and provides quarterly performance reports for digital marketing initaitives (web, email, social)

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in web management, digital marketing, or related rolesExperience designing and maintaining website contentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and calendaring softwareExcellent time management techniques, demonstrating the ability to adapt and handle multiple competing prioritiesDemonstrated exceptional attention to detail and accuracyExperience with social media management and content creationAbility to work collaboratively with other units to gather input and create engaging web contentDesired Qualifications
