About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Senior Director, Product Marketing Strategy to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for its extensive B2B SaaS product offerings. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our business objectives, leading a team of talented product marketers to create compelling messaging.
As the owner of the global product marketing strategy, you will manage intricate product lines, balancing long-cycle enterprise GTM motions with digital-led growth strategies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch activities. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and personas will guide our content strategy and directly impact revenue through effective sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in leading a B2B product marketing group, specifically with complex product portfolios. You should possess in-depth knowledge of GTM strategy, pricing, market research, and sales enablement, along with a proven track record of managing global teams.
We seek a hands-on, pragmatic leader who fosters a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred. You must have exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey our messaging effectively while also demonstrating strong market analysis capabilities. The successful candidate will navigate complex corporate structures and promote accountability at all levels.
