Analyze systems and procedures, and design solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the day?to?day administration of BI platforms, with a focus on Power BI on Microsoft Fabric and Qlik Sense.
• Oversee user access, security roles, workspace management, and platform performance monitoring.
• Administer and support legacy BI tools including Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), SAS, and SAP Business Objects / Webi / Crystal Reports, ensuring continuity during the transition phase.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and platform stability.
• Implement and maintain BI governance policies, including metadata management, version control, and audit logging.
• Coordinate software upgrades, patching, and vendor support for BI tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for BI architecture, processes, and administrative procedures.
• Support capacity planning, license management, and cost optimization for BI tools.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for BI users, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Monitor system usage and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and user enablement.

This position is an office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, three days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations : Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI.

The full salary grade for this position is $87,100??$149,300. While this grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range is expected to be between $87,100??$130,620. Annual salary placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and / or licensure, the positions scope and responsibility, internal pay equity, and external market salary determination.
