Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor Wanted

The Counseling Center for Human Development, a non-profit mental health group in Scotch Plains, NJ is seeking a part-time or full time compassionate and experienced LCSW or LPC. We offer flexible hours, a relaxed and friendly workplace, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients! At this time, sessions can be either face to face at our office in Scotch Plains or can be done through teleservices at home.

Compensation is fee for service. Master’s Degree and NJ Licensure to practice required.

Role Description

This is a part-time or full time hybrid role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at CCHD. The role involves tasks such as treatment planning, mental health assessments, providing counseling services, conducting case management, and offering relationship counseling. While the role is based in Scotch Plains, NJ, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning, Mental Health, and Psychology skills
• Experience in Relationship Counseling and Case Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Degree in Counseling or Social Work
• License to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in New Jersey
