Contracts Manager
The Contracts Manager is responsible for participating in the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements, advising internal stakeholders on contractual matters, and offering strategic insights to support business objectives. Your role includes drafting, reviewing, and revising various client-facing contracts such as master agreements, amendments, and renewals. Additionally, you will generate contracts from standardized contract templates and review customer terms and conditions; provide recommendations relating to exceptions or items of concern and contribute to the negotiations with the customer. Interface with the corporate stakeholders legal, finance, and other supporting cross-functional teams to answer questions, and resolve issues related to transactional business. Prepare RFP responses as required to support the Corporate Accounts and Sales teams; meet proposal deadlines. Identify and address commercial, financial, legal, and operational issues on complex matters and seek advice from management and subject matter experts. Collaborate with various partners to ensure contracts are understood and set up properly to support downstream business activities and meet Philips compliance requirements. Conduct historical contract review, prepare contract summaries, and provide guidance to company personnel regarding contracting issues, concepts, and requirements. Proactively making recommendations to management for ways to improve contract templates, processes, and policies. Provide administrative-level support for the company's contract management software and communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers.
You're the right fit if : You have 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, revising and interpretating contracts, where you have used critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risk and communicate using contract principles and policies. Your skills include knowledge of contract and business law (required); emphasis in business and transactional-related course (preferred); with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe; and demonstrate leadership and organizational skills (including the ability to plan, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned organization and interface effectively with management) and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe. You have a Bachelor's degree, and / or MBA degree preferred OR Education and experience equivalent to eight or more years' related experience required, Paralegal Certificate desired. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You're an excellent communicator at many levels (articulate, empathetic, motivating and energizing); a self-directed with the ability to work independently, well-organized multi-tasker, skilled at working in a team with tight deadlines, establishing priorities, gaining cooperation through persuasion to find solutions, and building consensus across functional areas, while managing various projects and setting priorities to achieve outcomes.

The pay range for this position in Nashville and Colorado Springs is $70,000 - $81,000. The pay range for this position in Plymouth MN is $73,000 - $85,000. The pay range for this position in San Diego CA is $78,000 - $91,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
