Foxhole Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a federal government client. This role requires expertise in project management, IT transformation initiatives, and strategic communications within a federal contracting environment. The Project Manager will lead efforts to develop, execute, and refine strategies that align with the CIO's transformation objectives, ensuring efficient project delivery, effective stakeholder engagement, and clear communication of goals, progress, and results.

Job Description

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.

• Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor budget, resource allocation, risks, and issue resolution.
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and project documentation.
• Facilitate project closure with final reporting and evaluation.
• Originate, update, and execute a comprehensive Strategic Communications Plan.
• Conduct audits of current and previous outreach activities to identify effectiveness and gaps.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments to develop tailored key messages.
• Identify and utilize effective communication tools and tactics.
• Support the organization with targeted information distribution and expectation management.
• Develop briefs and content to educate the community on IT-related efforts and status.
• Assist in preparing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Strategic Plans as roadmaps for transformation.
