Candidate Profile

• JD from a top‑tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is required.
• Soft skills : Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills, with an exceptional attention to detail, are essential. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and work well on a team, as well as independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation : Includes an annual salary range of $260,000–$390,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure.
