About You

This is a 3–4 month 1099 contract position , with the possibility of extension and / or conversion.

You Have

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, sourcing, or related talent acquisition roles.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
• Commitment to building inclusive and equitable hiring processes that support diverse talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with candidates.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Curiosity and drive to continuously improve – whether refining processes, testing tools, or learning new recruiting strategies.

You Will

The hourly rate for this 1099 contract role is expected to fall between $45 and $65 per hour, commensurate with experience, skills, and location. Actual compensation may vary based on individual qualifications and market factors.
