Compensation : $75,000 per year

Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Remote Assistant Production Manager to support our production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring every roofing project runs efficiently from start to finish by coordinating schedules, materials, crews, and customer updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review scopes of work, communication logs, and project details to ensure accuracy.
  • Assign crews to projects and build out production schedules.
  • Confirm delivery dates and times for roofing materials.
  • Create and manage labor and material orders in AccuLynx.
  • Gather and review material lists and job site photos from crews.
  • Forward customer photos and updates to appropriate communication channels.
  • Collect and organize dump receipts and other required documentation.
  • Relay change orders to sales or contractors and ensure approvals are documented.
  • Schedule and coordinate final inspections, including confirming ladder setups.
  • Track and schedule correction notices as needed.
  • Maintain up to date records of project progress in company tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing, construction, or project coordination.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience with AccuLynx or similar project management software preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing production workflows and scheduling.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Must be available to work full time during Pacific Time business hours.
