There is also the potential to include an apartment as part of the compensation package depending on performance and availability.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct property tours and showcase vacant units to prospective residents
• Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via phone email and in person
• Assist current residents with maintenance request coordination and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of showings applications and resident communications
• Support community engagement and contribute to a positive living environment
