About The Position

General Gastroenterologist position in Missouri east of Kansas City

Job Details

  • BE / BC in Gastroenterology
  • Joining an established GI practice with 4 GIs and 3 NPs  / will mostly be in a hospital setting
  • Have 2 clinics (NP takes care of clinic work most of the time)
  • Call 1 : 4 - Cal is taken from Thursday - Thursday
  • Rounding schedule :  1 hospital for 1 week - the next week round at a different hospital - then 2 weeks off of rounding
  • Work schedule : Procedures in the surgery center in the AM and then inpatient rounding at the hospital in the PM
  • Can see IBD patients
  • Roughly performing 13 scopes a day - seeing 15-20 patients a day
  • Base salary starting at 500K with RVU bonus
  • Employed or partnership track model available
