Electrical Controls Engineer - Schematics & Panels
- A four-year degree is a core requirement for this role as it focuses on electrical control schematic and panel design
- 3+ years of design experience in an industrial setting is required
- 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing or heavy equipment environment is a must
- Pay is up to $80,000, with full benefits
- SolidWorks Electrical proficiency is highly preferred
- Expertise in industrial controls (PLCs, VFDs, and Servo controllers) is required
- No remote work as this is an on-site position
- Full-time, permanent, salaried W-2 position
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- Located in the Brown Deer, Wisconsin area

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following :
Design, develop, and document electrical control systems and schematics for custom solutions using CADD softwareSelect and source appropriate electrical components, ensuring designs meet customer specifications and industry regulationsProvide expert internal support and knowledge to cross-functional teams, including Field Service, Manufacturing, and SalesContribute innovative ideas and technical expertise as a key member of a small project groupConvert verbal and written customer requirements into precise, detailed, and high-quality electrical solutionsThe background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position :
A Four-year degree in electrical engineering3+ years of electrical engineering experience (SolidWorks Electrical is preferred)3+ years of experience designing schematics for electrical control panels3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing or heavy equipment environmentKnowledge of industrial controls, including PLCs, VFDs, and Servo controllersProficiency with CADD software and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solvingA strong work historyA US citizen or possess a green card
