Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Irrigation Company located in Kaysville, UT. Due to response time for emergency call outs, applicants will need to reside in Davis County, UT. This position will oversee daily operations within our irrigation delivery system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water distribution, Utah State Blue Stakes Law, utility locating, as well as management and team leadership, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position also requires bi-weekly 24HR / 7 day on call emergency service.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily water delivery operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Manage team performance, providing guidance, training, and support to staff members.
• Oversee the implementation of daily water management / delivery systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Customer service skills required.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Applicant will need to pass pre-employment drug scan and show proof of safe driving DMV report.
