Job description

A company is looking for a UI / UX Designer to support digital transformation initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) best practices throughout the software lifecycle
  • Conduct user research and create design artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business value and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in UI / UX design for complex web and / or mobile applications
  • Strong skills in user research and usability testing
  • Experience in Agile / DevSecOps environments and backlog refinement
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • University degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
