The Business Manager, Private Label provides sales support to the Mass / Club / Wholesale and Private Brand business. The role is responsible for leading and managing sales efforts and driving business growth. The position is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships along with developing and implementing sales strategies. In addition, the role acts as administrative and logistical support as well as customer specific support in terms of inquiries, data management, and planning analysis. Essential Functions
Manage Private Brand cost communication reflective of monthly NDPSR updates for all retailers.Maintain Private Brand Production Overage and Transportation Overage Monthly Cost Summary.Own Private Brand-New Item / New Packaging Commercialization Project Management working cross-functionally to bring projects to completion.Manage Private Brand Retailer Product Management systems interface requirements (ProsSpec, Hive, e-halo, Inspectorio, Gateway, H2R, etc.). Assure that all requirements are met for the customer and work within systems.Manage Private Brand Retailer Supplier Portal systems interface requirements (Walmart Supplier One, Target POL, HEB Supplier Net, etc.). Act as conduit between customers and company for implementation.Own the effective usage of Private Brand Retailer Quality Testing & Product Scorecard requirements (Walmart Supplier Engage, 3rd Party QA Testing).Own inputs for Private Brand Production & Responsible Sourcing Factory Contacts, Audits, and Certifications.Manage, review, monitor, and maintain Private Brand item packaging specs for all retailers to ensure accuracy.Point individual for support document creation for new business Private Brand Bid Proposal submissions.Run the Private Brand Retailer Business Touchpoint Engagement Meetings.Oversee Private Brand Freeze-Thaw Process Support & Cost Management.Oversee Private Brand Forward / Future Buy Process Support & Cost Management.Monitor Private Brand Business POS Performance Analytics (Walmart, Target, Meijer).Facilitate Private Brand Forecast Planning and Consensus Alignment.Own the process for Private Brand Shipment Tracking & Review and Private Brand Monthly Inventory Tracking & Review.Maintain Private Brand Hot Topics and Priorities Tracker to manage key deliverables and provide effective communication.Regularly collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Quality, Packaging, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to achieve business objectives.Leverage internal and external resources to achieve Private Brand Dollar Margin vs. Plan.Provide Category Support Reporting Circana Weekly, Butter / Margarine Topline, Milk & Creamer Topline, Priorities & Presented Tracker, Six Segment Slides, and Alliance Incentive Tracker.Oversee Category Database Management Ad Hoc changes to Circana aggregates & Numerator product groups.Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, and parent company.Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.Drive sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and increasing customer retention.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities and develop sales plans.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, work experience may be substituted for education requirement.Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant role in a consumer-packaged goods business with national and international distribution.Previous experience in consumer sales, preferably in a similar industry.Language Skills
English is required as the written and spoken language.
