Job Summary :

This position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the delivery of health care in clinic settings. The position is also responsible for training clerical and / or clinic staff, preparing and delivering initial and periodic appraisals. Initiating performance improvement initiatives for staff within the supervised department if indicated. Monitors systems to assure compliance with MRHC and regulatory requirements. In this position one must be prepared to deal with evolving integrated health care delivery systems, technological innovations, and an increasingly complex regulatory environment, restructuring of work, and more emphasis on preventative care.

Education Requirements :

A high school diploma or GED is required. A degree in business / medical or supervisory experience is a plus.

Experience :

Minimum of two years of physician clinic experience with business / supervisory responsibilities. Must be able to operate standard office equipment with emphasis on computer hardware and software.

Language / Communication Skills :

Ability to make effective decisions by being open to different opinions. Ability to analyze contradictory information and solve problems effectively. Ability to analyze financial and other business data.
