    We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to support the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible, proactive, and have a strong focus on customer service and team management.

    • Main Responsibilities :
    • Operational Supervision :
    • Assist in the daily supervision of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
    • Staff Management :
    • Coordinate, train, and motivate the service staff, including waiters, cooks, and cleaning personnel, promoting a positive work environment.
    • Customer Service :
    • Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
    • Inventory Control :
    • Supervise and manage the inventory of food, beverages, and other supplies, collaborating with the purchasing process.
    • Regulatory Compliance :
    • Ensure the restaurant complies with safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
    • Administrative Management :
    • Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant and perform administrative tasks related to cash control, sales reports, and other operational processes.
    • Commercial Strategies :
    • Collaborate in the implementation of promotions and strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
    • Requirements :
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry, preferably in supervisory or leadership positions.
    • Knowledge of restaurant operational processes, such as inventory management, staff handling, and best customer service practices.
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both to interact with the team and address customer concerns.
    • Proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented approach, capable of resolving situations under pressure.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently.
    • Basic knowledge of computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Desired Skills :
    • Additional languages (preferably bilingual in English and Spanish).
    • Leadership skills to coordinate and motivate teams.

    • Supervisión operativa :
    • Asistir en la supervisión diaria del restaurante, asegurando un excelente servicio al cliente y que las operaciones fluyan sin inconvenientes.
    • Gestión de personal :
    • Coordinar, entrenar y motivar al personal de servicio, incluyendo camareros, cocineros y personal de limpieza, promoviendo un ambiente laboral positivo.
    • Atención al cliente :
    • Resolver quejas o problemas de los clientes de manera eficiente, garantizando su satisfacción en todo momento.
    • Control de inventarios :
    • Supervisar y gestionar el inventario de alimentos, bebidas y otros suministros, colaborando con el proceso de compras.
    • Cumplimiento de normativas :
    • Asegurar que el restaurante cumpla con las normativas de seguridad, higiene y salud.
    • Gestión administrativa :
    • Asistir en la apertura y cierre del restaurante, y realizar tareas administrativas relacionadas con el control de caja, informes de ventas y otros procesos operativos.
    • Estrategias comerciales :
    • Colaborar en la implementación de promociones y estrategias para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y aumentar las ventas.
    • Requisitos :
    • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un puesto similar dentro de la industria de la restauración, preferentemente en posiciones de supervisión o liderazgo.
    • Conocimiento de los procesos operativos de restaurantes, como gestión de inventarios, manejo de personal y buenas prácticas de servicio al cliente.
    • Habilidades de comunicación claras y efectivas, tanto para interactuar con el equipo como para tratar con los clientes.
    • Actitud proactiva y orientada a soluciones, capaz de resolver situaciones bajo presión.
    • Buenas habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle, asegurando que todos los procesos se ejecuten de manera eficiente.
    • Conocimientos básicos de informática y sistemas de punto de venta (POS).
    • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y festivos.
