ROLE : Graphics Support Specialist

REQUIRED :

Active Public Trust Clearance

4 Years of demonstrable experience providing direct & indirect user support to personnel on the subject software suite

Must be available during business hours of 0700-1600 (with 1 hour lunch) EDT.

Location : Onsite in D.C.

DESCRIPTION :

On-site support required for the USCG C4IT Learning & Media division, as well as for CG-DOL. Team support includes Web / SharePoint, IT Customer support for MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, hardware issues, and Graphics support. Performed at Coast Guard Headquarters (CGHQ) in Washington, DC.

Responsible for troubleshooting graphic-related issues and providing technical support to team members and clients. By leveraging their expertise in graphic design software and tools, they will enhance the overall visual communication strategy of the organization.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and previous work experience.
• Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) design.

Attention to detail is crucial when editing graphics to ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials. Strong communication skills will facilitate effective collaboration with team members and clients, allowing for a smooth workflow. Problem-solving abilities will be utilized when troubleshooting graphic-related issues, ensuring that projects remain on track. Additionally, familiarity with industry trends will enable the specialist to bring innovative ideas to the table, enhancing the overall visual strategy.

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on IT work for DHS supporting a USCG Mission.
