For over 40 years, All Weather Seal of West Michigan has delivered premium home improvement solutions with a reputation for quality, trust, and results. We are expanding across Northern Michigan and seeking a high-performance Revisit Sales Closer to turn second chances into signed agreements.

This role is built for a results-driven professional — someone who thrives on competition, knows how to build trust quickly, and closes decisively.

Your Role as a Revisit Sales Closer

As a direct-to-homeowner sales professional, you will :

• Visit homeowners who previously met with our sales team but did not move forward.
• Re-engage, reframe the value, and close the deal using our exclusive re-offer structure.
• Run pre-scheduled follow-up appointments with qualified homeowners.
• Reestablish rapport, create urgency, and present tailored solutions.
• Handle objections and close on the spot.
• Follow a structured sales process while adapting to each customer opportunity.
• Accurately update CRM and report field results.
