Position Title : Studio Manager

Reports to : Studio Owner

Schedule : 40+ hours / week

Pay Structure : Base Salary of $45,000 to $60,000 plus bonus opportunity of 20%. Total comp $60,000 to $72,000

Job Overview

As the Studio Manager, you will report directly to the franchise owner. You will be responsible for managing the Studios business in all aspects and are expected to dedicate your full-time and best efforts to your position. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below.

Responsibilities

Hires, trains, and schedules all studio sales staff

Qualifications

2+ years of Fitness Industry Sales experience
