Work Schedule :

Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes days / evenings / weekends as needed by the department.

Rate of Pay :

This is a Full-Time Support Staff position at grade 14, with an annual salary range of $54,932 to $73,243. The salary offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

Job Summary :

An employee in this classification performs work of moderate difficulty by supporting the ECC sports teams at practices and home games. Work involves Additionally, monitoring, evaluating, and setting recovery and fitness for athletes and documenting injury history to create a more comprehensive and complete plan for our athletes. General supervision is received by the assigned manager.
