POSITION SUMMARY :

Pepper Construction Company is looking for qualified, intelligent students with a passion for learning about the construction industry to come and experience life as a General Contractor.

You will be paired with a Project Manager and / or Superintendent on one of our construction teams. You will work directly with many aspects of project management, including but not limited to, processing submittals, take-offs, potentially preparing budgets and attending job site / owner meetings. We intend to expose you to real-life situations in the field and in the office. You will also be involved in training sessions, jobsite tours and safety. You will participate in an intern project competition simulating the process of bidding and winning work as a general contractor.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

The salary for this position is $20-24 / hour based on graduation year.
