The opportunity with McKinstry
We are currently seeking a Procure To Pay Analyst to join our dynamic team as a member of our growing procurement division in Seattle. Additional responsibilities include :
Review and validate purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.Monitor open POs and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and invoicing.Reconcile invoices against POs and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Payable and vendors.Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documentation.Support internal teams with procurement-related inquiries and issue resolution.Identify and escalate recurring issues or process inefficiencies.Generate reports and metrics related to P2P performance and compliance.Support vendor onboarding, assisting with new vendor set-up.Perform other duties as assigned.What you need to succeed at McKinstry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management (or related field), or equivalent industry experience required.Experience in a construction environment is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.PeopleFirst benefits
