Talent Management For Audit & Assurance
Lead and / or assist in the management and execution of key talent-related processes for Audit & Assurance partners, principals, and managing directors. The primary focus of this role centers around the performance management lifecycle for Audit & Assurance PPMDs, with a focus on goal setting and metrics. Additional leadership support includes, but is not limited to, mid-year talent reviews, annual assessments, and other strategic initiatives / projects as needed.
Performance Management :
- Drive process planning activities, including updating the overall calendar and workplan for the annual goal setting process
- Execute Elevate readiness, including reviewing and updating process guidance and other key reference materials
- Work closely with Audit & Assurance leaders and their delegates, managing the various inputs and outputs for each phase of the performance management process
- Manage and review process communications, working directly with the Audit & Assurance Communications & Strategy team
- Coordinate leadership calls and webcasts
- Collaborate with the National PPMD Excellence team and cross-business PPMD Excellence team members to ensure the appropriate level of consistency and sharing of best practices
- Support Quality requirements including providing documentation and evidence where needed
- Perform analysis and provide insight that support process reviews and leadership decisions
Financial Metrics Validation Application (FMVA) / Metrics :
Oversight of end-to-end FMVA process and other performance management metricsPartner with FMVA application team to execute quarterly metrics validation cyclesPartner with the business to prepare PPMD and account leader population and client data uploadsLead the development of cycle communications, working directly with the Audit & Assurance Communications & Strategy team and business leadershipLead support throughout each cycle to PPMDs and account leaders by conducting office hours sessions, responding to questions submitted to the mailbox, and troubleshooting data requestsPartner with Jupiter team to obtain PPMD sales reporting for FMVA cycles and year-end performance management processPrepare final metrics reporting for mid-year and year-end processes (and at other times as requested)PPMD Headcount Activities / Other :
Collaborate with others on the Audit & Assurance team and National PPMD Excellence to support execution of each performance management cycle and inform functionality requirementsAssist with ad-hoc reporting related to PPMD headcount and / or related metricsIn this role, you will need to be able to do the following :

Bachelor's degree7+ years of work experience in a Professional Services firm and with project management experienceSkilled with Microsoft Office SuiteExcel - effectively write and validate formulas and calculations, create tables and graphs, link information, create pivot tables, use vlookup formulas, manage multiple sources of data, and ensure data accuracyPowerPoint - effectively communicate in presentation format, storyboarding, create / import tables, graphs, and other objects, and aesthetical formattingSharePoint / Teams - ability to create and manage sitesYou should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if requiredYou should expect to co-locate with team members or other colleagues in a Deloitte office, at a client site and / or virtually, based on specific team and business expectationsAbility to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the type of work you perform and the clients servedPreferred :
Previous experience in PPMD Excellence (Talent)Familiarity with client segmentation, portfolios and lists, SWIFT, and WBS reporting, as well as engagement structure and client leadership rolesExperience with Tableau and ElevateThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $243,700. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
