We are proud to be accredited as a Chest Pain Center and designated a Primary Stroke Center.\n\nResponsibilities : \n
- Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.\n
- Provide direct patient care within your professional scope, including monitoring hemodynamic status and responding promptly to changes in patient conditions.\n
- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient conditions and diagnostic results.\n
- Lead patient and family education, guiding the activities of other nursing staff while upholding care standards.\n
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.\n\nQualifications : \n
- Current and valid state RN License.\n
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained thereafter.\n
- Completion of Critical Care Course is preferred.\n
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
- Current ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire and maintained thereafter.\n
- A minimum of one year experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, with critical care experience preferred.\n
- CCRN certification is preferred.\n
