A company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant II (experienced) to provide exceptional customer service to corporate travelers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and complete travel arrangements including air, hotel, car, and rail

Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences while offering informed recommendations

Handle various bookings and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant

Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)

A genuine passion for high-quality customer service

Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

Military experience / certifications may substitute for some requirements
