We operate a complex ecosystem managing creative assets, product data, and commerce workflows for thousands of clients across corporate and collegiate markets. As we modernize our technology stack and prepare to launch our next-generation platform in 2026, we're building a team that can scale intelligently — using AI, cloud-native architecture, and modern DevOps practices to do more with less.
We're looking for an AI-native engineer with a forward-thinking mindset who's excited to learn, build, and grow with us.
What You'll Do (With Mentorship & Support)
You'll work alongside experienced engineers to :
- Learn cloud-native development by deploying and managing systems on modern cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Build AI-powered automation using frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, or HuggingFace to solve real business problems
- Create data integrations that connect our internal systems, commerce platforms, and AI services through APIs
- Explore modern DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
- Implement monitoring and observability to keep our systems healthy and understand how they perform
- Prototype lightweight solutions that demonstrate how technology can scale our business without scaling headcount
- Contribute to our next-generation platform that will serve thousands of clients starting in 2026
What You Need (Core Skills)
Must Have :
Solid programming skills in Python or TypeScript / Node.jsHands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks (even from coursework, personal projects, or experimentation)Understanding of APIs and how systems communicate with each otherFamiliarity with Git and basic version control workflowsProblem-solving mindset and genuine curiosity about how things workWillingness to learn infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud technologies on the jobNice to Have (or Eager to Learn) :
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) through coursework or personal projectsAny experience with Docker, CI / CD, or deployment automationUnderstanding of databases and data modeling conceptsTinkering with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)Interest in monitoring, observability, or AI-ops conceptsExperience with data pipelines or ETL processesWhat We're Looking For (Mindset Over Experience)

Months 1-3 : Learn our systems & business from beginning to end, ship your first features, and get comfortable with our cloud infrastructureMonths 4-6 : Own small projects end-to-end, from design through deploymentMonths 7-12 : Lead automation initiatives, mentor newer team members, and contribute to architectural decisionsIf you're early in your career but excited to build AI-driven systems, learn modern infrastructure practices, and grow alongside a team that's transforming a traditional industry — we'd love to talk.
