Site Reliability Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure systems and services maintain high availability, reliability, and scalability

Develop and maintain automation tools for operational tasks

Implement monitoring and alerting systems to detect performance issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, Software Engineering, Technology Operations, or Business Continuity

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Site Reliability, DevOps, or IT Observability role

Proficiency with production monitoring and alerting tools

Basic knowledge of AWS containerized environments and infrastructure as code
