Duties / Responsibilities :

Production Expediter will work alongside the Production team to move parts through the production floor and prioritize for specific customer orders.

• Follow up with vendors, scheduling, and keeping records of inventory moved.
• Work alongside the Purchasing Team, confirming and receiving inventory.
• Adhere to schedules to establish customer priorities and check availability of workers, materials, parts, and equipment to make sure its available.
• Build close relationships with vendors and communicate with them via telephone or email.
• Shipping, receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
• File work orders when completed.
• Complete and ensure accurate inventory.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving to maintain supplies and inventory.
• Other duties as required .
