Laboratory Supervisor – UF Health Leesburg Hospital
Location : Leesburg, FL
UF Health Leesburg Hospital is hiring an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily operations in our hospital lab. This role is perfect for a licensed Florida Laboratory Professional ready to take their career to the next level in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Supervise day-to-day lab operations
- Ensure accurate, timely test results
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital teams
- Support policy, procedure, and quality improvements
- Lead and mentor lab staff
