JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Assembler is responsible for both performing and coordinating a wide variety of

assembly tasks, including preparing, building, and installing vehicle parts, sub-systems,

and components onto custom vehicles. In addition to hands-on assembly, this role

provides guidance and support to team members, ensures compliance with established

processes, and monitors quality throughout production. The Lead Assembler plays a key

role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and exceptional product quality. Essential functions
