CPA Senior Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to oversee corporate taxation and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate tax compliance, including preparation and filing of state and local taxes

Lead the preparation and review of annual and quarterly tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax guidance and support for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's and / or Advanced degree in Accounting

CPA designation required

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate taxation

Strong knowledge of C-Corporation and Partnership taxation

Experience with tax compliance software and ERP systems
