As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor assigned areas and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied UniversalRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocolsConduct regular and random patrols throughout the government location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environmentMonitor for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities and / or site managementSupport emergency response activities as needed, following guidance from Allied Universal and site leadershipMaintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site policiesCollaborate with site staff and law enforcement, when appropriate, to address security-related mattersAdapt to varying working environments and conditions specific to the government locationWhat We're Looking For
