AI Applications Engineer

A company is looking for an AI Application Engineer to bridge cutting-edge AI research and practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-potential experiments based on the latest research developments to improve product performance

Build and maintain experimentation infrastructure for running AI-facilitated experiments at scale

Drive product releases powered by AI innovations, translating research into features that enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

Deep familiarity with the current AI landscape, particularly in evaluations and reasoning systems

At least 5 years of engineering experience with a track record of shipping high-impact AI products

Exceptional programming skills and experience with experiment design and A / B testing

Working knowledge of model deployment and proficiency with API integrations across multiple LLM providers

Experience in remote, fast-paced development environments where quick shipping is valued
