Overview
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional experience for visitors, patients, and staff. This position manages front desk responsibilities, supports administrative functions, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the branch. The role is well suited for someone with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Work Environment
This position primarily operates in an office environment and involves extensive computer and desk work. This role functions in a professional office setting. The environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level and requires regular use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies, or equipment).
