As a Salesperson, you're a key member of Norm Reeves Genesis . You will be the primary point of contact for our sales department, creating a positive experience for guests. Your responsibilities include handling in-person guests with vehicle purchases, explaining product features and benefits, and increasing customer retention through genuine service.

We seek a team player with an outgoing, customer-service-oriented approach. This role is ideal for those with a background in customer service or sales, such as electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, or marketing.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests entering the dealership
• Offer test drives and verify identification
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork
• Maintain confidential customer information in our management system
• Assist with sales orders and paperwork
• Introduce customers to Sales Managers
• Schedule test drives and vehicle deliveries
• Contribute to a positive work environment
