Job Summary
The Virtual Case Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting families and individuals to essential community resources and support programs. This position is 100% virtual and requires a compassionate, efficient professional who excels in high-volume, metrics-driven work.
The Virtual Case Coordinator conducts outbound calls to individuals seeking assistance, gathers intake information, and provides referrals to the appropriate services-all within a single interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to individuals requesting or referred for assistance.
Conduct intake interviews to collect demographic and service-related information.
Accurately enter and document client data in Salesforce or other case management systems.
Provide referrals and resource connections to community programs and services.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and quality metrics .
Follow approved scripts, program guidelines, and compliance standards.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Participate in team meetings and trainings to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required ; some college coursework or associate degree preferred.
1-2 years of prior experience in case management , call center, intake coordination, or customer service roles preferred.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Comfortable using technology , including multi-line phone systems, video conferencing tools, and CRM databases (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional remote workspace.
