The Enterprise Data and AI organization unites the data governance strategy engineering and product teams with those responsible for AI engineering generative AI enablement and automation product and engineering. This group plays a pivotal role in leveraging data as a core driver of innovation and integrating AI capabilities to transform products operations and customer experiences. The EDAI organization also incorporates technology Research & Development and experimentation with emerging capabilities along with engineering support for Amex Digital Labs. This integration ensures that research breakthroughs seamlessly translate into business impact.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and development of a scalable secure and modern framework that streamlines onboarding and supports development teams across multiple business units within Amexscaling to meet future demands. You will architect and implement modern API-driven services application components as per enterprise standards. The role involves advancing ACE Studio Platform and associated components (e.g. Process Engine Case Management Core APIs RPA and Work Management) with a focus on performance availability and maintainability. Youll drive the development of ACE Framework and Platform components self-service tools and real-time analytics to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost. Ideal candidates will demonstrate deep experience in cloud-native development distributed systems enterprise integration and feature scalability to meet enterprise-wide modernization goals
