Responsibilities

The Home Health Physical Therapist will examine and treat patients with physical impairments, focusing on improving mobility and function for daily living. Specialty programs include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. This role involves administering skilled care, teaching the family and healthcare team, and working under the direction of the Branch Director.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license
• Automobile liability insurance
• Dependable transportation in good working condition
• Current state licensure
