  • Prospect and Develop New Business : Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
  • Manage the Sales Process : Use Novatech’s proven methods to build your pipeline, track activity, and forecast results.
  • Engage the Community : Build relationships within the local business network to uncover opportunities.
  • Deliver Value : Offer customized solutions by understanding client needs and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Connect with Decision-Makers : Present to business owners, executives, and IT leaders.
  • Achieve Sales Goals : Meet and exceed monthly targets within your defined territory.

  • Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous outside sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
  • Comfortable commuting to the Nashville office as needed
