A well respected general contracting firm in the Beloit / Rockford area is seeking a Senior Estimator to strengthen its preconstruction team. With a legacy of decades of serving the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, this firm is recognized for its design-build, construction management expertise.

This position is ideal for an experienced Estimator who is passionate about delivering accurate, competitive, and timely cost projections—contributing to continued growth and client-focused project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation and bid strategy for commercial and light-industrial projects
• Review blueprints, specifications, and scopes to quantify and price project elements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, risk assessments, and scope validation.
• Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Perform site visits and rigorous pre‑bid research.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to align estimates with delivery strategy.
• Maintain updated cost data, benchmark metrics, and support value engineering.
