Job Duties and Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and execution-driven professional to join our Prepaid Sales Operations team and help strengthen the Gen Mobile Prepaid business. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on field experience and has a passion for improving retailer performance through training, process innovation, and operational excellence. This role focuses on developing and implementing retailer best practices, driving operational efficiency, and designing impactful training programs that enhance sales and profitability. You'll work closely with the Prepaid Sales Operations, Field Sales, Operations, and Brand teams to bring initiatives to life in the field and ensure consistent retailer success across all channels.

Salary Ranges
Compensation : $72,350.00 / Year - $103,400.00 / Year
