Project Manager - Self Storage Construction

Job Description

Lead and manage self-storage construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Provide consistent updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and milestones. Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project requirements. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Ensure all projects are delivered with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful project manager should have :

  • A strong background in construction project management within the property industry.
  • Ground up construction experience with self-storage projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to handle challenges efficiently.
