LEAD COORDINATOR / SALON MANAGER

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR : LEAD COORDINATOR / SALON MANAGER
Were seeking a dynamic, experienced, and customer-obsessed Lead Coordinator to guide our front desk operations and team. This is a leadership role where youll set the tone for the entire guest experience, drive performance, and ensure every client leaves feeling beautiful, confident, and taken care of.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end service environment and has a passion for coaching teams, hitting goals, and delivering white-glove customer care .
