Family Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases (divorce, custody, support, etc.)
• Draft legal documents (petitions, motions, agreements)
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice
• Manage a caseload and maintain client communication

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3-5 years of family law experience in Texas
• Active member of the State Bar of Texas
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Compassionate, client-focused attitude
