About the Role:
As a Service Manager, you’ll oversee Front of House operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. From mentoring staff to managing costs and creating a vibrant atmosphere, your leadership will shape our restaurant’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily Front of House operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing, motivated team.
  • Oversee liquor orders, control costs, and ensure compliance with liquor regulations.
  • Foster an engaging atmosphere through themed events, contests, and incentives.
  • Handle recruitment, conduct interviews, and develop staff schedules.
  • Enforce food safety standards and company policies.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to support their development.
