RFP Analyst
This is a full-time, remote career opportunity. This role will support the end-to-end request for proposal (RFP) process for Treasury's products and services. Responsible for completing compelling, client-focused RFP and proposal responses that align with Fulton's strategic objectives and support business growth. Use strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services to enable the successful completion of customer agreements. Some travel required.

Qualifications
Education Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty : communications, finance, or related field. (Required) Experience 3 or more years commercial banking, financial services, and / or a related industry such as procurement / sourcing. (Required) 3 or more years Request For Proposal (RFP) process management including a track record with complex RFPs. (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines at the same time (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines (Required) Able to manage complex RPFs and proposals (Required) Proficiency in RFP management tools such as Loopio or Qvidian (Preferred)

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses / credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $63,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
